1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Zero Backend ("we", "us", "our"). Zero Backend is a platform providing academic mentorship, research coaching, and tutoring services. The platform is operated as a sole proprietorship by Jyoti Kapadia, with our principal place of business in Vadodara, India.

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide educational coaching, research structure advisory, bibliography planning, zoom-based tutoring, and proofreading feedback. All services are intended to improve student research capabilities and academic writing skills.

Academic Integrity Boundary: In accordance with the UK Skills and Post-16 Education Act 2022 and international academic standards, we strictly do NOT write, edit, rewrite, or complete any parts of student assignments, essays, reports, or dissertations. All draft content must be written solely by the student.

3. User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that you will:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Utilize the mentorship feedback solely as an educational study aid.
  • Ensure that any submission made to your academic institution is entirely your own work, in compliance with your university’s specific guidelines.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees for hourly packages, projects, or cohorts are billed in British Pounds (GBP) or Indian Rupees (INR) as agreed. Payment must be cleared in full prior to scheduling video tutoring sessions or receiving written feedback comments.

All details regarding refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our mentoring services are designed to support and guide students. We do not guarantee specific academic results, grades, or university assessment outcomes. The final responsibility for all academic submissions lies entirely with the student.

Under no circumstances shall Jyoti Kapadia or Zero Backend be liable for any academic penalties, marks lost, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vadodara, India.
